Hope Full Life Center is grateful to begin 2026 with the support of two generous grant awards that will strengthen Helping Harvest and expand our impact in the community.
Through the Small Business Recovery Grant Program of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, the Bank of Greene County awarded Hope Full Life Center a $5,000 grant. The Center was honored to be one of several local food assistance programs selected to receive funding. This grant will be used to purchase groceries for Helping Harvest, helping families continue to stretch their food budgets during challenging economic times.
We also received a $5,000 grant from the Troy Savings Bank Charitable Foundation to purchase new freezer equipment for Helping Harvest. Much of our current refrigeration and freezer equipment is aging and inefficient. This funding will allow us to replace critical units, ensuring food is stored safely and sustainably for years to come.
We are deeply thankful to the Bank of Greene County and the Troy Savings Bank Charitable Foundation for investing in our mission. Together, we are strengthening Helping Harvest, caring for neighbors in need, and building a more resilient community.
